Greet the holidays with the true light of your spirit through Restorative Yoga — a practice of pure “being.” Allow yourself to fall into a natural meditation supported by lots of blankets, bolsters and blocks while receiving the benefits of a variety of postures effortlessly. Rejuvenate and relax with aromatherapy and breathwork. Perfect for any level. Complimentary tea will be available to participants after the workshop.
