jennifer barone Since
her relocation to San Francisco, she has studied with some of the yoga communities
most recognizable names and honed her personal teaching style. Jennifer has
been an instructor since 2003 and finds sheer joy in sharing her practice
and inspiring others to awaken to their fullest potential. She specializes in
an intuitive, flowing Vinyasa (Hatha Flow) sequence from beginner to advanced level, with
a strong concentration on connecting breath to movement. She is known to experiment
by incorporating techniques from her interest in various diciplines including Kundalini, Tai Chi, Ayurveda and embodiment / energy work constructing her class for the benefit of the practitioner.
Her teaching philosophy is inspired by her daily life and personal practice.
